Art Description:
There are two things.
First I think that people find it easier to see a usually difficult image when humans are replaced with animals. Here in this piece, I try to do exactly that. It's important to feed those that are hungry if you can. If we all do this, I think the world will be a better place.
Secondly, my therapist once told me that I should feed myself at my table. Meaning that the troubled, maybe uneasy, parts of myself should be accepted just as much as any other. If anything, these parts are the ones that need the most attention. This work attempts to implore you to feed yourself as much as others when you have food and to welcome yourself to your table as well.
