There was a moment during the summer of 2021 that I looked at myself in the mirror during one of the happiest times of my life. I was crying and could see just how much pain I was letting go in each tear. It reminds me of how a tree grows, each of the rings representing a year of life. I felt like a tree. Altogether the creation reminded me to love myself first and hopefully it does the same for you too.
